Aerobics Cardio

what is cardio?

Cardio is the medical word used for the heart. Aerobic exercise is often called cardio training. It is one of the most beneficial things you can do for your body. The most important thing about Cardio exercise

or aerobic exercise is that it strengthens the heart muscles, reduce

the risk of heart disease, increase bodily energy and endurance, provide muscle tone and also improve the respiration.

There are many ways to get cardio exercise through aerobics such as dancing, basketball, rope skipping, ten

nis, ru

nning, and boxing etc… so its an amazing thing that there are many people who get involve in cardio exercise. As far as the fitness is concerned, cardiovascular exercise are also very much helpful.

Many people say that a person can burn off more fat if he doesn’t eat breakfast before doing his morning cardio exercise. But it’s a bad concept to give up breakfast before doing exercise. Instead of that, you must take your breakfast before making any kind of cardio exercise.

The truth behind is that the body temperature is at its lowest level in the morning time. And it takes more time than usual to warm up body and get the muscles work. Due to this reason, body doesn’t burn off more fat if any cardio exercise is made before taking breakfast.

Another concept regarding the cardio exercise is common among the people is that “You should sweat your body in order to get most from cardio exercise.” but in my opinion sweating is not a sign that indicates the effectiveness of exercise, it’s just a mechanism. A light exercise that doesn’t make the body sweat can also helpful in reducing the calories.

It’s very short to sum up all the aspects and benefits of Aerobic cardio exercise at one place. In short, a well-balanced cardio exercise is helpful not only for weight loss and muscle building routines, but also burn fat without losing essential nutrients. But some health conditions interfere with cardio workout. So you should discuss your cardio exercise plans with an expert in order to make sure that your health allows for a cardio exercise routine.
